At MyCupTherapy™ , we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and efficient. Here are our shipping and delivery details:

● Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

● Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.Cancel/Change Order

To ensure production and shipment is not delayed, orders will be processed once placed. Therefore, you are free to cancel/change your order within 24 hours of placing your order for any reason. Out of the time, we will not be able to freely cancel/change your order anymore. If your order is shipped out, we cannot make any change/cancel on your order anymore, however you can submit a request to cancel or change your order.
